Los Angeles, CA — Award winning sex educator Sunny Megatron presents “Hot and Healthy Erotic Humiliation,” Wednesday, February 24, at 7:30 p.m. PST. The class will be live and online through SanctuaryLAX.com.
“Are you into humiliation play? Curious about it?” said Megatron. “Do you wonder why some people enjoy being embarrassed, shamed, and degraded? You’ll learn how to negotiate this kind of play, focus on emotional safety, inject humor into your emotional play, and more!”
In this workshop, Sunny Megatron deconstructs the physiological elements of erotic humiliation with the goal of helping figure out what flavor gets the juices flowing. Guests will learn how to gauge intensity levels levels ranging from playful embarrassment to hard-core degradation, and build humiliation scenes with positive outcomes in mind.
Los Angeles, CA — Legendary BDSM educator and author Jay Wiseman will be the next guest on “In the Spotlight,” hosted by Mistress Cyan and Madame Margherite. The interview show will air live, Monday evening, February 22, at 8 p.m. PST, online at DomCon.com.
This marks Wiseman’s 2nd appearance on “In The Spotlight.” He was one of the first guests before the live shows could be archived.
Modern BDSM history is incomplete without acknowledging Wiseman’s contributions and leadership regarding safety and practices in kink. Over fifteen years before “50 Shades of Grey” appeared, Wiseman self published and distributed “SM 101,” one of the first definitive educational books on BDSM. He would soon partner with Lady Green of Greenery Press, helping establish the publishing company as an authority on kinky practices and fetishes.
“Jay Wiseman’s Erotic Bondage Handbook,” “Tricks – More than 125 Ways to Make Good Sex Better,” and “Dungeon Emergencies and Supplies” are just a few of the highly respected titles he has penned over his carrer.
Wiseman was already a legend in the San Francisco Leather community as a BDSM instructor with EMT field experience, when he decided to expand his credibility by studying law and passing the California State Bar exam. This knowledge earned Wiseman additional authority when it comes to teaching others to avoid physical harm and legal folly with kinky practices in the bedroom.

“No two scenes are ever alike,” said De Luca. “My style is fluid, it is dependent on the chemistry between the Dommes/subs and where my interests meet with those of my pupil’s.”

Los Angeles, CA — Sanctuary Studios LAX, the largest dungeon in Southern California launched a Go Fund Me account this week to keep the location from closing. The link for donations can be found at https://www.gofundme.com/f/help-save-sanctuary?
“Since 2011, our community has called Sanctuary Studios LAX ‘home,’ ” said Mistress Cyan, Owner of Sanctuary LAX. “We have hosted fundraisers, weddings, memorials, support groups, educational classes, workshops, and social events. Every year our Thanksgiving and Christmas fundraisers have collected truckloads of food and toys for those less fortunate. Many call Sanctuary ‘the community center.’ ”
The 7,000+ square foot, fully equipped BDSM facility has served the professional and lifestyle BDSM community for over 20 years. During the week, Sanctuary LAX would serve as a sessions location for Dommes and subs, then after hours and on weekends would host countless numbers of events, many operating at the same time.
Joanna Angel, Ernest Greene, and Ken Marcus are just a few in the adult industry who have shot at Sanctuary LAX. Fat Mike of NOFX was among the most recent to shoot at the location for his show “Unsafe Words,” just before Covid-19 regulations would require Sanctuary LAX to close. During the summer, Mistress Cyan was allowed to briefly reopen for sessions, which ended after coronavirus cases surged last fall. The location has been legally open to private shoots with safety precautions, but those have been few.
“We thought we could ‘weather the storm’ with savings and the SBA loan,” said Cyan. “But those resources are being depleted. Every penny donated will go strictly towards the operating expenses such as rent, insurance, utilities, and loan payments. We want to be there for you again when it’s safe to re-open. Please consider helping us ride this out with your support so that we can continue to be that ‘community center’ once again. With sincere gratitude, I appreciate your support, both past and present. Please share this with your Leather families and friends in the adult industry and BDSM community.”
UPDATE: It is with great pride to announce that this week’s “In the Spotlight” guest Ernest Greene was just inducted into the 2021 AVN Hall of Fame. Greene tweeted that he will have a surprise informal poll of listeners to the live episode.
To be candid, while the real credit goes to Greene’s hard work and long career, when he told me he was not in the Hall of Fame, I nudged my Alma Mater in an e-mail. This was late in the game and I was not expecting anything until 2022. This would be at least the second time I nudged someone in, the first being Skye Blue when she was a publicity client. I’d swear there was a third I’ve recommended and gonna need to start writing these down. Congratulations Ernest. You’ve earned it!
