Sanctuary Studios LAX Welcomes Kinky Public to New Location

Los Angeles, California – Mistress Cyan, owner of Sanctuary Studios LAX, recently announced the venue has a new location and events at the new space will begin in March of 2023.

Sanctuary Studios LAX is a safe space for consensual BDSM and the LGBTQ+ community, and has a long, rich history in Southern California. Originally founded as a private dungeon in 1999 in Reseda, Mistress Cyan opened the facility for the needs of the Leather scene and supported the community at large with food and toy drives for those in need. In 2011, the club was rebranded as Sanctuary Studios LAX, when it moved to a large location near Los Angeles International Airport, making it one of the largest BDSM safe spaces in the United States.

The new facility is fully air-conditioned and heated, and it is easily accessible from the 110 and 405 freeways. It is spacious and will offer fetish enthusiasts fully equipped play space, with a full range of BDSM furniture and equipment, including bondage beds, St. Andrew’s crosses, and spanking benches.

“We’re excited to offer a new and improved space for our community and clients to explore their desires and indulge in their kinks,” said Mistress Cyan. “Our new location offers a more comfortable and accommodating environment, with larger rooms to play and experiment in.”

Awakening will be one of the first parties held at the new space in March. Coming soon will be Communion, Club Edge, Kinky Karaoke and the new Diamond Party. 69 Whiskey started as a college radio show by military veteran Eric “Dollar Store Dom” Weinstein and Co-host Motorboatin’ Matt. Once restrained by rules and boundaries, the show now comes to listeners raw, uncensored and unapologetic. Eric and Matt cover topics from drink recipes, entertainment, and everyone’s favorite positions.

Wilson has been with The Dungeon Store for over eight years. And they X-rayed it, and said ‘Oh! there’s screws in the top, so, these are weapons and you’ll have to throw them away… ‘I’m not throwing out 15 thousand dollars worth of my potential revenue… ‘In my head, I’m like, ‘How is a handful of screws used to hijack a plane? I’m going to do what? Throw them at flight attendants?’ I don’t understand…”

Not Currently Looking For New Clients

In 2021, there were new challenges, and the overall objective was to rebuild the business from the frame up, as if it was a new car. With this also came new clients and contacts. As the year wrapped up, things were already pretty tight.

Within the first weeks of 2022, everything changed and for the better. There’s new clients, but time is at a premium.

I’m not looking to start a team or take on personnel, but instead to cater to my current roster of clients. So, for the moment, I’m not currently looking for new clients.

If you’re looking for a publicist, I’ll gladly talk shop, give advice, and make recommendations. I’ll post here as things change and give updates.
